Appearance Pale straw yellow color with bright, greenish reflections. Fine, elegant and persistent bubbles with good beading
On the nose Honey, nuts and yeast with a good background of fruity notes
On the palate Almonds, dried fruit with a long, creamy end
Food match As an aperitif. It matches perfectly with cured meats, seafood, sautéed fish, poultry, smoked fish, foie gras, caviar, white and red meats and semi-cured cheeses
